At Beauty by Kreme, your health, safety, and comfort come first. We maintain a peaceful, private, and sanitized environment for every guest.

Our safety standards include:

  • Sanitized tools and surfaces after every client using hospital-grade disinfectants.

  • Fresh capes, towels, and linens for every guest.

  • If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the salon suite.

  • We operate by appointment only, ensuring a calm one-on-one experience with no waiting area traffic.

Before your appointment

We’re excited to welcome you! To make your experience smooth and stress-free, please review the following:

  • Arrival Time
    Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled. New guests may be asked to fill out a short consultation form.

  • Hair Services
    Arrive with detangled (unless specified otherwise).
    If you’ve recently removed a protective style (braids, weave, etc.), please detangle beforehand unless the stylist has been notified of additional time required and confirmed.

  • Lash Services
    Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner, or oil-based creams.

  • Payments & Policies

    Deposits may be required for select services.

    There is a 15-minute grace period for lateness (Please contact). You will receive a notification if your appointment needs to be rescheduled to allow fairness to other clients.

    Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

    All major cards, Apple Pay, and mobile payment options are accepted.

    The atmosphere is quiet, private, and one-on-one — no crowd, no rush.

    You’ll leave with custom aftercare tips and product suggestions to maintain your look until your next visit.
